- FFFelice5 days ago3.0I noticed the technician only put the chemicals by the front of my house. With all the snow still on the ground he definitely couldn't go all around the house. They billed me and I can't see how they could have done a thorough job. He was only here a short time as well.

He treated my living room window seals for stink bugs and was very thorough, making sure the product was applied exactly where needed without dripping or leaking onto the floor. While he was here, he also noticed evidence of yellow jackets (not bumblebees) and took the time to explain how they likely entered the home and what Aptive can do in the future once the snow clears, including checking and treating the perimeter of the house. He explained everything clearly and patiently. Wayne even collected a stink bug to show me what it looked like, explained that it was already dead, showed me how to properly discard it, and gave tips on preventing future issues. He also explained the product he was using, how long it needed to dry, and how long my pets should stay out of the living room to ensure their safety. Overall, Wayne was courteous, informative, and very respectful of my home. I felt confident in the service he provided and appreciated how transparent and educational he was throughout the visit. It was a very positive experience, and I’m glad I chose Aptive.
