  My whole experience was very smooth. The salesperson, Lilaes was extremely helpful and offered guidance with no pressure. Niko did the measurements and the installation and I’m very satisfied.

  Rene at Blinds to Go on Central Ave in Hartsdale, NY was very helpful and knowledgeable. He listened to our concerns and gave us options on our blind selection style and color. Our blinds were quickly installed within two weeks. Everything went smoothly and we really love the finished product! The installer, Nico was extremely neat and professional. The only drawback was I thought the pricing was high even with the sale that was going on near President's Day but I am hopeful that they will last for many years to come.

  This was super easy and I’m happy with results. Store salesperson helped me make quick decisions that I was very happy with. Installer came to measure and same guy came back to install. He was very polite and it took him less than an hour. Get this errand crossed off your list. Easy!

  Can I post a zero? They deserve a minus. They don't communicate. They are not truthful. After posting a complaint they text me to pay the balance and then they will schedule the installation. Simply based on how they treated me, I don't trust them. I see others had similar experiences. When they come to my home with product in hand I will pay balance. I already l already paid a down payment. Stay away from them unless s s you like being abused.
