  Worked with Christopher at the Hartsdale store. Professional and walked through all the options, including advantages and disadvantages of each design. Measure and install was done by Renato, prompt timely communications and showed up on time. Neat and respectful of my home. Definately recommend.

  Customer service at the store in Hartsdale was great. Installation of blinds was amazing. Anton was friendly. He was knowledgable and quick with his work. I highly recommend blinds to go hartsdale.

  I picked up and had blind installed by a handy person. Installation was pretty easy. Downloaded the app with no problem. Directions for programming the remote I found to be challenging. Happy with the product overall.

  I truly cannot say enough negative things about this place. Save your money and go elsewhere. My husband and I ordered several custom blinds about three years ago, and the entire experience was a disaster from start to finish. It took months just to get them installed because they repeatedly measured incorrectly. When they finally did install them, they drilled holes into the exterior walls near the top of our house. Since then, every time it rains, we get water coming into our home. This is not just poor workmanship, it’s caused actual damage. In addition to this, most of our cordless blinds have not lasted. The pictures below show water damage on the walls from their initial installation. We have emailed the woman in charge, Michelle, countless times trying to resolve this issue, and at this point, she no longer responds. The lack of accountability and customer service is unacceptable.If you’re looking for quality products and reliable service, this is not the place. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere.

  It was a wonderful experience. I came into the store to have a blind repaired a string had broken after many years. 25 to be exact. I was surprised to find out repair was covered. Looking around the Blinds to go store in Hartsdale I decided to purchase 2 kitchen blinds. One of the men who came to measure was very nice wish I knew his name. Another whose name is Nick came to install and was wonderful also. I am thrilled with my new kitchen blinds.
