  I had such a great experience with Jean Santiago because he was very kind…and it’s been 11 months since we were a customer to this storage , a late payment couldn’t get things worst like that , you guys want me to call me while it won’t change the issue because WE NEED OUR STUFF BACK it’s not FAIR . I had hope to get a call on something positive and nothing happen. Imagine if it was you tht you will have to start over while dealing with other stuff . If calling you guys will be about the same story «  You’re sorry …Don’t mention please. This is very serious !!!! So im still not getting a call about me losing my stuff , you guys get the money from selling our stuff so what we getting a L as a lost ??

  The worst part is if we didn’t need them , we could’ve send it somewhere else but we came in here because of a friend referal . The crazy part is things are getting worst its because we were in a moving process we had to put some stuff in a storage instead of them being in the street and we regret it tbh . We SPEND THOUSANDS on buying those material, getting those papers done when i called for you guys to got the nerves to say «  You’re sorry like it was nothing not even an email was sent to us . CAN you imagine if it was you? I wouldn’t mind if it was months and no payment were made , I wouldn’t get mad but as soon we found out about it we called because I was willing to pay out the auction so we can get the most important stuff because other people have done tht but I was told to wait and nun came out after two weeks I called that’s when I was told sorry oh they were no papers.. like be Frrrrrrr WE FIXED Everything up so we knew everything tht was in it , two suitcases with a bunch of brand new clothes , two bags of documents….like I won’t stop until I get my stuff back , i didn’t stole them I worked hard , sleepless nights…for you guys to think that’s ok to just sold OUR STUFF !

  Stop blocking me from commenting because you guys are so careless how come you guys call me on the 14 and when I called back on 16th my stuff were sold to an auction, I have my documents , all my clothes in it , I lost everything, worst storage unit ever . They said you have until 90 days that’s a lie . I was willing to pay to get my stuff back I was played . You guys decided to sell our stuff for a cheap price while it cost more than ya paycheck thats not fair it wasn’t the first time I made a late payment people go through things in life . We could’ve discuss that instead of giving out our stuff and now it’s a total lost tht we have to start over and pay for everything…Dont tell me to call because it won’t change anything
