    Terrible customer service. Was told to come here from a Different location to pickup more items and they will not honor the price. Rude customer service I don’t know it’s in their policy to lie to customers. Don’t talk to karri she’s was extremely rude. Maybe it’s because I speak a different language. Racist??

    Prices marked on displays as clearance but not honored at checkout when scanned. Reason for not honoring sale price marked over the whole display price sign of holiday items was it was for one particular item not every item contained in the display. Really? All items were same price, but only one that didn't exist on sale? Wonder how many people never checked and paid full price???

    Ordered a dishwasher on Monday and was told it would be delivered Tuesday. Checked Tuesday and was changed to Wednesday delivery. Called Wednesday because I hadn’t received any information on the delivery. Was told the delivery date is Dec 17. Not a happy customer. I then asked if it would be delivered that date and she couldn’t confirm. So not happy with Lowe’s. Don’t tell customers something is going to be delivered the next day and then change it to over a week later.

    New system for drivers to pick up orders is absolutely asinine. I do not have time as a driver picking up multiple orders to type in a 20 digit number on a computer screen, with no explanations of what to do or how to do it? So I ended up leaving. I imagine going through the holiday season. You are going to get an infinite. Amount of drivers that come to pick up packages that come across. This archaic system and cancel and leave, causing another driver to come and do the same thing over and over all day long. I guarantee this will happen because when you're picking up a delivery, it needs to be convenient. I am picking up multiple orders from multiple restaurants and places. I do not have time to go into Lowe's And play with a computer just to maybe see what i'm picking up like.No whoever's idea this was, it was just a bad one. Move on and figure out a better system. How about I walk in? Go to the counter and say a name like every other place. For all of time and then that person can hand me a package, and I can leave not go through a process involving a computer. And finding an employee, I mean, I don't know who thought this was a good idea during peak holiday season.
