- BKBonnie Kordal3 days ago5.0Purchased a Casper mattress from City Mattress in Hamburg. Justin L. was my salesman. Had delivery date set, night before no text with delivery window, call store they say it's not in yet. Mattress get delivered to CM the next morning but misses home delivery truck. Next scheduled delivery truck in our area 5 days later. Mind you old bed is disassembled and gone. Justin jumped into action, my bed was delivered that day. Just want to thank him for great customer service.

We had gone to three mattress stores when we came upon City Mattress in Blasdell, NY. We were met by Justin LaMorticella, he listened carefully for what we wanted and picked out a wide selection, making sure the mattress was meeting the needs of my bad back. We asked for time to go and discuss all we saw and experienced at each mattress store. The price, quality, delivery service was so good of a deal at City Mattress, that after 45 minutes, we were right back to see Justin. He never once pushed or hurried us to purchase a mattress. We felt comfortable as he ordered and wrote up our invoice, making detailed notes for the delivery personnel. Thanks Justin.

I spent over $1600 and they told me they could not take the old boxspring. They could only take the old mattress because I didn’t buy a boxspring they weren’t gonna take it. The delivery guy also said they’ll only take the mattress if it isn’t too stained. I couldn’t believe that. He said no problem we could take your mattress it’s fine. But not the boxspring. I called the manager and they said that’s their policy. I said I’m a regular customer but not anymore. Two thumbs down for Raymour and Flanagan.
