They have know one here thats knowledgable of the products there just there lol. Every time i buy a building worth of products the cashier misses barcodes left and right he will ring 10x one item and there actually all different. I tell them but who would, paying little has half the store walking out for free, watch next time your here. They dont sell "all threaded Hex Bolts" only all threaded carriage bolts. WHO ORDERS PRODUCT FOR THE STORE GET SOMEONE WHO HAS A CLUE!

Our purchase wasn't showing up and she kept looking for our info in the system as we weren't sure how we paid for the items. Lo and behold the transaction was connected to me and not my husband. She persevered and didn't give up on finding our account. Anna is a KEEPER! Also, while waiting in line a customer returned what she suspected may be a used sump pump. She was professional and courteous while she summoned a CSManager to determine whether the return should be authorized. She deserves a raise, you dont want to lose her.
