The assistant store manager, Chuck Razmund, is the most abrasive and inconsiderate person I have ever met. Twice we have had issues with him and twice he has basically told me to pound salt. Most recently when handling an issue with false advertisement of a shelf, he was rude and combative when trying to work through the issue. The problem was they were trying to sell an open floor model shelf and advertised it as the entire product line. Absolutely no apology for their mistake or any attempt to correct the issue, simply a "good luck with your complaint, I hope it works out for you". Had he offered to discount the two shelves we brought up to checkout even a little bit, it would've resolved the issue. Instead he kept saying "do you want the floor model or not". Chuck treats customers like they're thief's trying to pull one over on the company, I can only imagine how he treats his employees. Don't deal with this man, safe yourself and go to another Lowe's store or to Home Depot.

What has happened to customer service? Walk the store for 20 minutes and not even eye contact nor even a head nod. Only interaction was at only option at self check out on a Sunday at 1pm. She wanted to see my receipt of an 80 lb shelving unit. This unit I found a cart, put on the cart, checked myself out and loaded into my vehicle myself. Nobody ever offered anything. Clifton Park, NY
