I called a week ago and the woman who answered the phone, Ms. Reuben, didn't speak English very well, didn't understand what I was saying, and kept putting me on hold for almost 40 minutes. However, I was patient and smiled and gave her all my information, but I waited for a week and heard nothing back. I called again today, Saturday, a week later, and the same person answered the phone and repeated the same things I had asked last week, over and over again. She asked me ridiculous questions like "I have someone else's reservation on my account, do you want this?". I really couldn't understand her behavior and asked her to switch her supervisor, but she was adamant that she would never switch. I don't know who else to talk to, so I ended up posting this Google review. I have never received such bizarre and offensive service from anyone in my life.
