I went to the fabric counter looking for help with vinyl material, and from the start, the employee (Tammy) was rude and dismissive. She acted like helping me was a burden and instead took or made a phone call rather than assisting me. When she finally responded, her tone was short and unhelpful. I was frustrated enough that I had to walk away for a minute just to cool off—something no customer should have to do when simply asking for help. The strangest part? After I came back and found the vinyl I needed on my own, she then asked me if I could help her. That was honestly unbelievable considering she couldn’t be bothered to help me moments earlier. I ended up leaving the store entirely. On my way out, I made it clear how unacceptable the experience was because this kind of customer service shouldn’t go unnoticed. I expect better from a business like this. Customers deserve basic respect and assistance—not attitude and indifference.
