    Getting countertops through Lowe’s was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Beyond the inconvenience of going 2 months without countertops and therefore without a functioning kitchen sink, the complete lack of communication and accountability was unacceptable. I was strung along for weeks with little to no transparency. There was an entire Monday–Friday stretch where I did not hear from a single person, no calls, no emails, no updates on the Lowe’s website. Nothing. I was repeatedly given false and inconsistent timelines. On January 5th, I was told installation would be 2–3 weeks. Then it became 2–4 weeks, then 3–6 weeks. These shifting estimates made it impossible to plan or trust anything I was told. To make matters worse, I was sent an incorrect countertop image for final confirmation despite all prior paperwork clearly listing a different product. How does a company handling a job over $2,400 (original quote $1,800) manage to send the wrong final proof? That level of error is alarming. What should have been a straightforward process turned into 8 weeks without an operable kitchen, endless follow-ups on my end, and zero ownership on theirs. I will never recommend using a big-box store especially Lowe’s for countertop installation. The lack of communication, organization, and basic quality control is unacceptable. I’m relieved the countertops are finally installed, but this experience caused unnecessary stress and frustration that could have easily been avoided with proper management and communication.

    Dhevon was an exceptional worker who was friendly and efficient. His colleagues were also helpful. Overall good experience, although no human cashiers is a little like forcing customers to work for free.

    Gave a five star review prematurely. It's now one star because they lied. I placed a pick up order online and it never said ready. I went to the store to check on it. They said they never had that in stock when I placed the order. I left, very unhappy. They called later (on Christmas Eve night) to say they had it and would put it aside for after Christmas for me. I went back the morning after Christmas and the sales associate who was there this time seemed inconvenienced that I was there. She was very rude and said they didn't have it. She left for about fifteen seconds "looking" for it, though I'm not sure she knew what she was looking for, can't neck and said they didn't have it. They don't hold things and wouldn't have Christmas things because it's after Christmas. They had a lot of Christmas stuff left and around everywhere. I drove a half hour out of my way, specifically to pick up this one item. They jerked me around, lying, instead. One of the workers probably took it home themselves and then lied to me about it.
