    Dhevon was an exceptional worker who was friendly and efficient. His colleagues were also helpful. Overall good experience, although no human cashiers is a little like forcing customers to work for free.

    Gave a five star review prematurely. It's now one star because they lied. I placed a pick up order online and it never said ready. I went to the store to check on it. They said they never had that in stock when I placed the order. I left, very unhappy. They called later (on Christmas Eve night) to say they had it and would put it aside for after Christmas for me. I went back the morning after Christmas and the sales associate who was there this time seemed inconvenienced that I was there. She was very rude and said they didn't have it. She left for about fifteen seconds "looking" for it, though I'm not sure she knew what she was looking for, can't neck and said they didn't have it. They don't hold things and wouldn't have Christmas things because it's after Christmas. They had a lot of Christmas stuff left and around everywhere. I drove a half hour out of my way, specifically to pick up this one item. They jerked me around, lying, instead. One of the workers probably took it home themselves and then lied to me about it.

    Absolutely terrible experience I went in on Black Friday and nobody wanted to help me I asked and asked and asked and then I finally pulled one of the managers to the side and they told me they couldn’t help me with what I wanted to ask questions about after grilling them for about 20 minutes, asking a bunch of questions and receiving nothing but I don’t know. I’m not in this department the whole time I inferred was it in my best interest to go through the app after doing that the app glitched out and put multiple of many things in my cart and ended up being a total nightmare. After dealing with customer service, they said they could not even honor the appliance prices that I had originally bought, and that I would have to get refunded and restart an order at full price. This was after a week of making the purchase and within a day of it supposed to be arriving in my home.

    I would NOT recommend ordering appliances for delivery, as the driver team I had argued with me for 10 minutes and were going to put me in a really bad spot regarding removal of the old washer. Even though I offered a simple solution to the issue we had. I reported this whole nonsensical interaction to the store, and was told I would receive a call back from the manager, which I never did. Won't be going back there for my appliance needs ever again.
