I just have to give a big thank you to Leo and Ben at Lowe’s! I went in after having a flood in my basement that ruined all my carpet. I was so nervous about putting carpet down again, but those two young men were so kind and patient with me. They explained everything and recommended I go with LVP flooring instead. I’ll admit, I wasn’t sure at first, but they really took the time to show me the options and helped me picture how it would look.
Well, I’m so glad I listened — the new flooring looks absolutely beautiful, and I feel much better knowing it’ll hold up if anything ever happens again. It’s rare to find such helpful and caring employees these days. Leo and Ben truly went above and beyond, and I’m very grateful for all their help.

Both times I've ordered items online for pick-up recently it seemed they were both returned items or old stock items....1 was a deck belt for my riding mower without the cardboard packaging and the other was a weed killer product missing the spray handle which comes with it as well as being dirty/dusty as on the shelf for along time. I would have given it only 2☆ if not for the customer service staff promptly replacing the items.

Lowe’s hourly staff stocking shelves and moving pallets is not my problem. If I need to make a purchase in an aisle I should be able to do so with ease I’m a plumber/contractor that spends a lot of money with Lowe’s. I don’t need an employee running up to me stating that a fork lift is coming down the aisle and I need to move. Then he grabbed another employee to ask me if I needed help and to usher me out of the aisle. I told him that I’m getting the product I need then I will leave the aisle. I understand that he was there to usher me out and he was actually making it harder for me to make a decision since he stood over me.
Moving pallets and “stocking shelves” during the day is an on going problem during normal business hours for contractors. Suddenly I get help when I don’t need it but can’t find help when I do.
