I was so nervous about putting carpet down again, but those two young men were so kind and patient with me. They explained everything and recommended I go with LVP flooring instead. I’ll admit, I wasn’t sure at first, but they really took the time to show me the options and helped me picture how it would look. Well, I’m so glad I listened — the new flooring looks absolutely beautiful, and I feel much better knowing it’ll hold up if anything ever happens again. It’s rare to find such helpful and caring employees these days. Leo and Ben truly went above and beyond, and I’m very grateful for all their help.

I would have given it only 2☆ if not for the customer service staff promptly replacing the items.

If I need to make a purchase in an aisle I should be able to do so with ease I’m a plumber/contractor that spends a lot of money with Lowe’s. I don’t need an employee running up to me stating that a fork lift is coming down the aisle and I need to move. Then he grabbed another employee to ask me if I needed help and to usher me out of the aisle. I told him that I’m getting the product I need then I will leave the aisle. I understand that he was there to usher me out and he was actually making it harder for me to make a decision since he stood over me. Moving pallets and “stocking shelves” during the day is an on going problem during normal business hours for contractors. Suddenly I get help when I don’t need it but can’t find help when I do.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
