The socket wrench stopped working after some time, brought it back and they will not do anything because they don't that set anymore but do have the socket by itself which they did not want to give me. I was told me to contact kobalt directly, I did with zero response. I will not purchase another tool from Lowe's or kobalt.

The order was place I was told I can get it as early as Jan 2nd, it’s now 12th of January no one seem to know where my stove is at. Few attempts to call the store and still no word. Update: it is now the 22nd and still I don't have the stove install. I was told that there will be a service person coming to my house on the 21st but they failed to give me a time of arrival so I took about 4 hours of my work to wait for them. After many conversation I was told they could not do the installation because the stove I got requires 2. I called the glenmont store again spoke to the only person that seems to care "Ann" she said that she would rely the information to the manager but as up to now still no phone call. I have never come across a Lowes location that is so incompetence!

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order.
