I received a call from both Joe and Jeff to discuss availability, go over storage size, and both offered to answer any of my questions… even before committing to renting… all I can say is that I was wowed by the level of customer service straight from the beginning. I arrived to tour the storage unit and met Jeff and Joe in person.. these guys are top level customer service and to top it off… hilarious. I received a tour with Jeff who walked me through the entire building, showed me where to park that is most convenient to get to my unit, showed me how to lock my unit, and also offered to help me in any way possible if I was at the unit at night… again going above and beyond. I hired college hunks the following day to drop off my items into storage and both Joe and Jeff let college hunks in and asked me if I needed help with anything. Overall this is a lengthy way to say that this location coupled with Joe and Jeff is a home run. I look forward to renting another unit in the future or even dropping by just to say hello to these guys. If I could give them 100 stars I would!
