- CBChristie Brewer1 day ago1.0Lowe's sold and delivered a dog ramp that was missing 2 vital holes to put screws in (they secured the ramp) I called to talk to a manager about bringing it in to have someone drill the holes versus taking it apart and returning it - then having to reorder and wait when I need this for my dogs surgery. I called this location and talked to their manager. She told me they don't have the proper equipment or people to do so there (are they not a store that sells exactly that type of equipment?). This makes no sense to me why Lowe's said such a thing as an excuse when I know they cut would there. She also said I could call the manufacturer (made in China) if I wasn't satisfied saying it's not a Lowes product. So I guess Lowe's doesn't stand by the products they sell?? Extremely disappointed in both the product and the manager as she could care less about me as a customer - her tone was snippy when all I was looking for was some help. This is the first time ordering from Lowes and looking for help from this location over the phone. This ramp is over $100 so not a cheap product even though its made cheaply.
- FWFranklin Warner3 days ago1.0Working on a project for my mother-in-law and I needed to exchange stair stringers to go from 3 step to 4 steps. I didn't have her lowes card that I purchased the 3 step stringers the day before, so I wanted to exchange for the new ones and I would pay the difference. Lowes doesn't do exchanges or store credit, so the only thing they could do was put the money back on her card. So now I have to inconvenience her to bring me her card so that I can get the ones I need. If they would just have exchanged or gave store credit I could have had this done and taken care of in a few minutes, rather than wait for her to come. Rather disappointing!!!!

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
