  Rock appliances is the best! I've been buying appliances off of them since I bought a house in 2015. They really have great prices great customer service and great repair jobs. Keep it up Rock appliances! you rock!

  It's a good place to shop for appliances if you don't want to buy from big-chain stores such as Home Depot. They have variety of both new and used appliances. The salesperson there was very nice and friendly. Can not complain about prices neither!

  Was able to buy a scratch and dent dryer at a fair price. What stands apart from these guys versus the big box stores is their excellent customer service in regards to their installation services. Had a great experience with the technicians that came to my home, completed their work both promptly and thoroughly. Will definitely send them my business again in the future.

  We went in looking for a refrigerator and were so lucky as to be helped by Melissa. She was so friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. We couldn't have asked for a better experience! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend ROC Appliance Outlet. The prices were great too!

  I am very pleased with my experience purchasing a new washer and dryer from ROC Appliance Outlet. As a single person, I wanted a pair of basic machines that would get my clothes clean without a lot of bells and whistles I don't need. I was shown models that fit my criteria and the different features were explained matter-of-factly, without any pressure to choose the most expensive models. Once I chose the best machines for me, I was able to schedule delivery to suit my schedule. The delivery to my 10th floor downtown apartment (there is a freight elevator) went smoothly and they hooked up my washer and dryer without issue. I've only run a few loads of laundry so far, but everything is working as it should.
