- JBJennifer BakerNov 11, 20253.0EDITED: After this review, they came and replaced the hinge for free. We like the closets, just the repair was a nightmare. ORIGINAL: We purchased a very expensive custom closet from this company about a year and a half ago. One small hinge broke- it happens, no big deal. What is a big deal is that it’s taken over two weeks and about 15 emails just to get a price and replacement for this one tiny hinge. I’ve spoken with a representative named Marlen multiple times, and she keeps saying it’s “another department” and that she doesn’t know the cost. Apparently, there’s only one person in the entire company who can provide a quote for a hinge. That’s not only inefficient, it’s completely unacceptable for a company at this price point. I even offered to pay for the part and install it myself, yet still can’t get an answer or confirmation that it’s being sent. For a company that sells high-end, “custom” closets, the lack of follow-up and customer service is shocking. If this is how they handle a simple replacement part, I can’t imagine what would happen if something more significant broke. Extremely disappointing experience.
