  Be careful with this place they screw you over. We got screwed over big time on the bedroom set. Let us on all the way to go there leave a deposit only to find out. They don’t have the full pieces to the set of a bedroom by the salesman, especially he should’ve checked and never checked and let us on and made us go all the way there for nothing even with a deposit I would not buy at Raymore FlanaganFlanagan very bad sales tactics

  My wife and I had a fantastic experience at the Uniondale Raymour & Flanigan, all thanks to Michelle Napoli. We first met her last year while planning for a home addition, and she was incredibly helpful, guiding us through the process and keeping us informed about the 2026 sales calendar. We returned recently to finalize our selection, and Michelle’s timing was perfect—she ensured we came back during the sale to get the best value. She is professional, pleasant, and never pushy. We’ve locked in our delivery for when our remodel is complete and couldn’t be happier. If you’re visiting this location, ask for Michelle

  Today was a very special day for my family. For the past month we have been visiting many furniture stores on Long Island, NY. We were looking for the perfect recliner sofa set for our living room. We tried 100’s of of recliners in many stores. There was so much to learn about all of the new technology available in the recliner sofa market. Today we entered Raymour and Flanagan in Garden City, NY and were greeted by Frank Land and let me tell you, Frank made all the difference in educating my family on recliner options available for us, product type (good, better, best and best/best) in the quality of each product, price of each category, design and color. We finally settled on the Calvin recliner set from a manufacturer by the name of Flexsteel. Frank told us Flexsteel is built like a tank with reinforced steel construction. We also selected the dark grey color to match perfectly the colors in our living room. This was our 1st time purchasing in Raymour and Flanagan and with Franks help and product knowledge we left the store confident with our final selection. In addition to delight, Ray our is delivering all the furniture this Saturday. Thank you to Frank and the members of customer service for guiding my family to the perfect recliner set. Our and Frank, we wanted you to know we’re definitely coming back to you for more furniture and recommending you to our friends and family.

  My husband and I were warmly greeted by Jing as soon as we walked in. She gave us space to browse, then thoughtfully checked back in to see if we had any questions. Jing was incredibly patient, kind, and never once pushy which we really appreciated. With so many options, we started to feel a bit overwhelmed, but Jing’s knowledge and guidance made the entire experience feel easy and comfortable. We spent about 4 hours in the store, and she supported us every step of the way. I’m so grateful she was there to help us. It was the best service I’ve experienced in a long time, and I’ll definitely be recommending her to family and friends.

  I had a really great experience at Raymour & Flanigan, all thanks to Faith! She did an amazing job helping me find a chest that matched the exact size I needed for my room. My space is small, so we didn’t have much to work with, but she was still able to find options that fit perfectly. I really appreciated how patient and knowledgeable she was throughout the whole process. What stood out the most was her communication and personality. We were able to connect and relate to each other while talking about what I do for a living, and she even complimented my personality, which honestly made me feel really good. I loved her energy she made the whole experience feel comfortable and enjoyable. She also quickly understood my situation I’m just a girl with a lot of clothes and needed something that would actually fit my space while still giving me storage 😭 and she really took that into consideration when helping me. On top of that, I came into the store around 8 PM when they were close to closing, and she STILL provided excellent customer service without rushing me at all. That really meant a lot. Faith truly went above and beyond, and I’m so happy with my experience. Thank you again! And thanks for the hug 💗💗
