I am a homeowner and and don't really know the parts I need so I bring them with me. They don't make me feel "out of place" and I always leave with what I need at a great price. Highly recommend them. Just a side note-if you don't know the name of the parts you want bring them with you. It will help them in providing you with what you need. Great place!!
