    Sharon was patient, listened to our needs, didn't hover, allowing us time to roam the store. She checked in to ask if we had any questions, but never made us feel rushed. We finally decided on a sectional and she explained everything thoroughly. She is very detailed oriented I must add. She went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable throughout the process. Therefore, I highly recommend Sharon and will refer her to friends and family!

    We had the best time shopping at Raymour and Flanigan in Garden City. We worked with Sales Consultant Frank Land who was an expert in home furnishing and kind, considerate, knowledgeable, professional, helpful and friendly. When we entered the store Frank greeted us with a big smile and asked us how he could help us. We told Frank we needed a sectional sofa and our budget was tight. Frank immediately took us to the Irving Recliner 6 piece sectional which had just gone on floor sample at an unbelievable price. We never thought we’d be able to afford such a high end sectional recliner on our budget. We will definitely be back to purchase furniture for our new home. Thank you Frank for a wonderful shopping experience.

    The start was very unique when we arrived, the store was warm and inviting and the sales consultant Frank Land was warm and pleasant. Greeting us with a warm smile and happy Valentine's Day and the overall experience was outstanding. Frank was very knowledgeable, helpful in helping me find the perfect pop/up sleeper for my living room. Frank never pressured me to pick one sleeper over the other. He explained categories of good, better and best sleepers by there features, durability and value. All of this product knowledge from Frank led me to choose the Juniper sleeper sectional. Thank you Frank for your professionalism and the gentleman you are.

    Long review, and it's my first low-star review anywhere. We had a really bad experience mattress shopping here and do not recommend this place to anyone. The two sales people we worked with were experts in sales, cliches, and sleazy tactics but seemed to know nothing that would help us actually choose a comfortable mattress. The second star is because the mattress delivery process was great and those guys were awesome. A couple examples: 1. Q: "What is the difference between the deluxe and the regular version?" A: "Well, the deluxe is going to give you more of that quality that you're looking for... <Insert continued rambling>" 2. No price tags, so when I ask for other similar options within a given price range the guy spends forever walking slowly around and price scanning before providing me with one total option. Very slimy sales tactic. 3. They don't mention how the mattress will have a completely different feel two months after the fact due to breaking in. No expert guidance whatsoever. But they do all make a point to tell you to position your pillow at an angle for more support, so at least they know something... 4. They straight up lied to me about the return policy, and I found out when it was too late that I have to return it for something of equal or greater value. Okay if that's your policy, but the first guy was confident that if anything didn't sit right we could return it no problem. Once I went back and learned of this policy, they make sure the managers handle your exchange process and give you no real help at all. More shady than a used car dealership. Honestly, go to Bob's or something instead. Their furniture may not be the best quality but it's much cheaper and the sales people seem to be more chill. And in general, DO NOT spend a lot of money on a mattress, ever. Because you absolutely can't know what it will be like until several months in, and then it's a nightmare to change. Just get something cheaper that you don't mind as much if it doesn't work out.

    Nov 17th I made a purchase to be shipped abroad. Notified salesman that I needed it in original shipping box. Original selection was out of stock when it was supposed to be delivered. I was told that it was because I had no scheduled delivery which was incorrect. Date of delivery was December 4th at purchase. Visited store and made another selection. I was notified of delivery. Could not be delivered because living room set was in plastic not ready for shipment overseas. Another delivery was made so I went to finalize shipment and saw only 1 piece of the 3 piece living room set. The color was not what I selected. I called the store and was told that the item was discontinued. They also knew that 2 pieces were missing and never called to notify me. Went to the store 2 more times and made another selection. Again I told them that it needed to be in original shipping container. Delivery was made. The items were again wrapped in plastic. Shippers told them about the delivery and they left it anyway. Called store numerous times and spoke to several managers. At this point the salesman wanted no part of it. He would not address the matter. He would not communicate with me. Several delveries were made in same condition and returns were scheduled. Called and they were not able to place reorder because I no longer had credit. The items that were returned were still on my account. Account at this point was $7K and climbing. Made several attempts to get them removed and nothing was done. Went to store and one manager was the only one who really tried to get this matter corrected. He was able to get the store to place a new order. The prior encounters could not get order placed because they were not able to get the excess charges removed. The order was placed however I could not get delivery due to no credit. My outstanding balance was now $9k+. I had to use another line of credit to pay for the dining room set that I purchased. During this period I kept calling to get help to rectify this matter. Corporate office told me they sent a message to regional Director Sari Cooper twice. No response. Asked store to have her contact me and still no response. Called another store and had them send message to her and again no response. At this point I still do not know what my bill is. The outstanding balance is almost $5k and I paid for living room set using another form of payment. Asked store manager for my bill and he still did not send it. The delivery men had left another set at the shipped which I was not aware of. I was told that I would be held responsible for payment if the shipper shipped them. I spoke with the guys at the shipping agency and they told me that Raymore refused to do the pickup. I also spoke with one of the delivery men and asked him to have his manager call me and I never got a call. Yet I was being held responsible. They were however able to retrieve this merchandise and I have not heard from them. I told the shippers last week to go ahead and ship my items because I waited more than 6 weeks for this store to correct my purchase. No one from the store reached out to me since. I will no longer be buying anything from this company. See pictures of furniture that were delivered wrapped in a thin layer of plastic for shipping overseas.
