    The worst Lowe’s around. Ordered a stove. Paid in full. Got an install date, never heard from them again. Now I’ll have to hunt down my stove, or my money. Beware of awful customer service at this store.

    The stars are for the people that work there. The subtracting of stars is for the manager who refuses to honor the price listed. After asking to meet him/her. They finally agreed to the listed price.

    Lowes online inventory is practically useless. Again drive there and out of stock. This is happening too many times to shop there anymore. Predictably i order from that big online place and it will be at my door overnight. The frustration is trying to support local retail and they drop the ball constantly. No help in the store and from the bottom up they don't seem care. They say they do but it never changes.

    Extremely disappointing customer service that reflects poorly on Lowe’s. Michael and Adam spent roughly 30 minutes standing around in the department while we were actively shopping and clearly looking for help. Despite being nearby, neither made any effort to acknowledge us or offer assistance. We eventually had to approach them ourselves. When we did, we were given inconsistent, conflicting answers along with excuses, and it was obvious neither employee had any interest in actually helping us. Immediately afterward, they went back to standing around for another 15–20 minutes while we continued shopping without support. Employees who are idle, disengaged, and unwilling to help customers are a liability to the brand. This experience was unacceptable and should concern store leadership.
