Waited for 20 minutes for assistance with the locked up wire. Asked a cashier 3 times to page someone to help me, no one came to help. Had to walk around the entire store to find someone. Then I tried to use a coupon and it wasn't being accepted at the self checkout. The cashiers couldn't figure it out. After 15 more minutes, a manager came over, barely read the coupon and just said "there's limitations" and told me I couldn't use it. I left everything at the register and walked out. I wound up purchasing the wire that night online at a different Lowe's location and I successfully used the coupon. This Garden City location is awful! Won't shop there ever again.

Best experience I’ve had in a home-improvement store I own a roofing company and time is very valuable at the competitors location. I would normally spend about an hour this location I was in and out 20 minutes and I was renting a machine great experience with the supervisor Brian he made it a seamless process. I will definitely be glad to bring my business here instead of the competitor moving forward. Thank you, BRIAN!

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
