    I ordered a power washer on 12/31 it took over 2 hours to order. it was supposed to come in today took the day off to receive it. Never received any updates on delivery went to the store today and was told the vendor canceled the order. The assistant manager was very rude and didn't want to be bothered. He should be fired ordered the same exact item on amazon took 10 seconds no wonder retail stores are in trouble. Not going back anytime soon. Is there a ZERO?

    Horrible customer service. I waited 20 minutes for an employee to help in appliance. Was told he was in the restroom. He was paged twice. I complained to 3 associates that didn't seem interested. I asked for a manager . . . None available. I was ready to buy a fridge. Ended up going online . . . Guess it's not just self check out anymore. Everything is self service. More upset the employees I spoke with didn't seem interested in helping or doing anything. I also asked an associate about applying for a credit card and his response was . . . I guess. Horrible! Lowe's . . . Do better

    I purchased two gift certificates from a Lowe's in NJ and mailed them on Dec 24th via Priority Mail to my two nieces in Florida. They have not received them as of Jan 2nd. Today I drove to Lowe's in Westbury with all my receipts in hopes of deactivating these two cards. I was told the deactivation was not possible. And it was like sending cash. I told the employee that I wish I was given that bit of information when I made the purchase. All I got was an apology but I insisted that it was not their fault. The fault lies with the Lowe's company. In today's technological age, it amazes me that a simple task like deactivating a purchase it's not available. I lost $200 but the experience will last forever. I will never purchase another gift card from Lowe's
