She demonstrated how the couch goes together and answered all of our questions. She even gave us swatches of fabric to take home. Overall it was a very positive experience. She is truly an asset to the company.

I had been looking at the Lovesac but didn’t want to make such a big purchase online without seeing and testing it in person. My children and I went into the Roosevelt Field showroom and Karla immediately made us feel at home! I had a million questions and she answered everything and assisted me with making my purchase.
