I was in the wrong line for returns due to poor signage, and when I got to the associate (older lady with frizzy hair and glasses on her head) she stopped me with her hand and told me to go to Register 2 without any explanation. The “Returns & Exchanges” sign is practically on the ceiling. People that work here have no idea what they’re doing, robots should replace their jobs.
