Apparently she didn’t go to customer service class because as I’m asking my question she’s looking down at her hand held device she screaming “yeah go ahead” as if she’s giving me directions to ask my question. Delmy you seem like someone of authority and can only imagine how you speak to your staff if you talk to your customers in this screaming manner.
