- LELex EngelNov 24, 20252.0Nice people for sure. Came once and did a cursory follow-up a few weeks after. Month later and mouse problem still exists. I would recommend that they at least do a follow up call. We felt that after two visits it was over and out.

They helped me get rid of yellow jackets (wasps) infestation in an exterior window area in summer 2025, with some wasps coming inside the house as well. The pest service came and sprayed with a 60-day guarantee (if I recall correctly). The yellow jackets colony shrank but grew back in a few days. So they came a second time a couple weeks later to spray. After some time the yellow jackets unfortunately returned. Finally they came a third time and did a thorough spraying both inside and outside the house, and that was the end of the colony after a week. I appreciated their coming back a few times to make sure the job was done properly.

John himself came the next day with another gentleman and both were very respectful of my home and addressed the matter promptly. I was expecting to see a few ants over the next day or so until there was none but to my surprise there were ZERO that night and following morning. I looked in all the places that gave us incredible frustration and again ZERO ANTS! I cannot recommend them high enough, if you need a talented and effective exterminator, please look no further and give John a call.
