We drove up with a truck and trailer and had spoken with their booking department and discussed in detail the needs and size and length of truck and trailer. When we showed up, there was no way that even a seasoned truck driver who assisted us could fit the trailer into the space. We have many years of experience with storing a truck and trailer and this is by far the worst experience. When we called them, the only thing they did is refund the money from the date that we booked the site. To add insult to injury, I had to show proof of an email when I showed up because they acted like I had never even booked the space. Not only had I booked it, I had paid for it. The money that they cost us was extensive, as we had to change a flight , find storage same day, which was over two hours away an finally take an Uber trip that was over two hours long. Just the stress and hassle of showing up and expecting to be treated at least fairly and And then to be turned away With a “Whoopsie” mentality. I’d advise you go elsewhere. I don’t leave negative reviews typically. I like to leave positive reviews. We tried to speak with managers and decision-makers but no one got back to us. So if you care about what you’re storing there, definitely think twice. So if I could give Rotten tomatoes, thumbs down and a negative score I would!

Anyone wanting concrete proof can PM at any time. Typical defense from a company screwing people. And be aware of the price increases at random times. Good luck !
