I called corporate on the spot and they clearly said No hassle, No reciept, No packaging can swap any tool anytime. So they swapped it after agrevating me for the rest of the day and wasting 20 minutes of my time for a $10 tool piece. I will never buy Kobalt again. They also said they no longer take back craftsman because it was baught out by stanely. I called Craftsman and the said that is false they take back any craftsman hand tool and swap for same or similar on the spot. Also Lowes website states they honor Crafstman warranty. What kind of manager tries to dishonor their own warranty and feed customers such lame excuses like an 8 year old boy. Your a Multi billion dollar company get some real help, pathetic!!!

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order.
