However, 4 months later (in February) the couch back cushions were wearing poorly. They clearly needed more stuffing. I contacted the La-Z-Boy Customer Care representatives and the process has been slow and ineffective. It is now almost May and my couch has still not been repaired. The experience is disappointing at best. I went ahead and purchased the 2 matching chairs because La-Z-Boy promised such exceptional products and customer care. But now I fear I may be staring at a living room of furniture that cost me nearly $7,000 that will not last or be appropriately serviced.
