Unnecessarily stressful experience. We ordered a couch in May and were told it would come in September. It was delayed multiple times and we never received any updates from the Showplace. Getting in touch with any of the staff at the store for an update was nearly impossible. When we finally got in contact with someone, they were very rude. Their loaner couch policy is just a scam to make you wait longer than you were anticipating.

I came here after countless ways of reaching out to them directly but have received no response. I bought a mattress and couch and regret to say my experience was not great. The mattress that was to be delivered was the wrong size, so I had to wait for a new one. They were great to offer me keeping the King over the Queen but it wouldn’t fit so I had to decline. I had already removed my mattress, so I was left sleeping in my couch for weeks. They offered new pillows and a mattress cover or to send me a gift card. I haven’t been able to get a response to claim it. The couch is okay, it was custom made but not very comfortable. The delivery folks were great every time, so that company is wonderful.
