Just wanted to say thank you to Jeff for a very pleasant experience in shopping for a sofa bed! The sofa bed is uniquely comfortable and it fit perfectly in with our decor with lots of options for fabric to choose from. Our delivery didn't take too long either. It took about maybe 6 weeks maybe 8 weeks.... and everything was perfect!

Great furniture that lasts a long time and super helpful designers make it easy to choose just the right style color and fabric. Highly recommended!

I didn't want to believe the negative reviews but we learned the hard way that they're correct.
Jeff was friendly and made sure we chose the sofa-bed that was right for us. We made the purchase in full and prepared to wait the 6 weeks for our scheduled delivery. However, that's where the friendliness and professionalism ended.
Once he had our money, Jeff rescheduled on us several times, always blaming the manufacturer or the numerous shipping providers. His demeanor was rude and arrogant. When we asked for a refund after his third time telling us the delivery had to be rescheduled, he outright refused. He didn't even offer a partial refund or refund of the shipping charge. Jeff puts no value on the customer's time. He actually said that our concerns were invalid and then went off on some crazed rant that I'm sure he wouldn't want us to specify here.
Regardless, we had to rearrange our work schedule a third time because unfortunately, the law is on his side once he has the customer's money and he knows this.
Thankfully the piece arrived, but we'll certainly never be buying from Jeff and SofaBed etc. again.

I would give this place ZERO stars if that were an option. The in store experience is rather delightful. Jeff, the sales guy, is actually quite pleasant and makes you want to purchase his couches... but DONT be fooled.
After guaranteeing me 6 weeks for my couch to be delivered, I have now been waiting nearly 13 weeks and my DELIVERY was CANCELLED just today, the date of delivery. Conveniently, no one informed me of this so I stayed home from work for nothing. The store's customer service does not exist once your money goes through. It was like being stuck in a revolving door with these people and I'm finally free!
After receiving a world of sass from Jeff, I decided it was in my best interest to cancel the order. I loved the couch, but felt that if I waited for a delivery to actually happen, I might be snuggling up to watch a movie by Christmas time (its now July).
STAY AWAY from this place and save yourself the headache and frustration. Now, time to go couch shopping...
