I asked the salesperson if I could get a different headboard- he said “no”this is the way it comes.Fortunately I went across the street to Siegerman’s. When I asked the salesman the same question he said let me get Robert- he will design the bed anyway you want. I am so happy with the platform bed. It is EVERYTHING I wanted plus. The delivery guys were phenomenal. If you know what you want don’t look all over go to Siegemans and see Robert. You will be very happy.

After searching many stores I was able to find a cabinet/sideboard that fits perfectly in my home. Whereas, there is always the possiblity of a problem with an order, both Mike and Danielle in the customer serivce resolved my issue in a timely fashion. I would urge those with a discerning eye to check out their inventory.

There were some issues along the way and a few minor ones now which Danielle at customer service dealt with promptly and with such cheer! She’s a keeper for sure!!! She’s the BEST!
