- SSSteve SchwickeFeb 16, 20265.0Ana, At Red's Appliance was extremely helpful, professional, and knew all the information I needed to make a good decision, she was helpful explaining the warranty to us and we couldn't ask for a more seamless transaction we were in and out within 45 minutes with a washer that seems to be working wonderful, if all stores of any kind had people like Ana greeting them when you walk in ,it would be a lot easier making a major purchase, I want to thank her again for her professionalism and we will be back there for a future purchase when needed ,and will pass the word along, thank you again ,Steve Schwicke

- JKJohn KrutJan 11, 20265.0Had to replace my fridge the on New Years Eve day. Found one at Reds that fit into the tight opening I had in my kitchen. Price was good and I was able to take immediate delivery since I have a pick up truck. Their guys loaded it right into my truck. When I got it home and in my house I plugged it in and it was making a bad noise. I figured out the problem , a broken fan blade and did a temporary fix since I needed a working fridge and it was New Year s Eve. Called them and left a message. They called back 9am Friday morning and since the fridge was working I agreed to have their repairman come at 730am on Tuesday. Their guy was at my house at 730am aharp and had the repair done by 8am. Fridge runs super quite now. Would consider them again in the future. Why pay for new when gently used is half the price.
