  Called to see if I could cancel an online order and place a new order for delivery. Nick from sales was extremely rude and borderline condescending. I had him on speaker phone and my wife was even surprised with how he was speaking to me. He told me in the future for better service, I should avoid placing online orders. The better service clearly wasn't coming from him, I ultimately hung up and called a different Raymour, that experience and service was like night and day. I hope that conversation was recorded and someone from corporate can retrain this guy. If I hadn't bought several products from Raymour in the past this would have turned me off completely from the stores.

  I came in to get a couch Mark Lesser helped me out. I am a union employee CSEA represents me. And we get a discount here at the store All thanks to Mark. He was so friendly explained every couch I sat on and the perks of each couch at the end. I told him what I was looking to spend, and he was willing to help me out and get me what I wanted. He also didn’t mind my toddler running around like crazy. I will definitely be back again when I need more stuff

  My first salesman was Michael Tran and he was fine. Later I came back for more items and had Michelle Plato. Michelle was/is the best! She listened well to the issue at hand, then handled it. R&F, (Farmingdale)it can be difficult to get someone on the phone at times. What I appreciated most is that once dealing with Michelle, she was easy to get ahold of, and made communication bk/frth, easy! That's VERY Important! R&F recently upgraded their entire system software and corporate decided to dump it all into the hands of their salespersons/employees. So "things" were a MESS and certainly NOT to the fault of their employees at the showroom. The delivery individuals (Jose) was GREAT. They had to perform delivery and assembly as well, and all went wonderfully! (Please remember to Tip these persons, they work hard!) 2 items were unavailable and couldn't be delivered on time. Michelle handled a Lamp issue better than I could expect! Michael later had to handle another item,(Sm table), that was not available until 4 days later. Both M & M both comp'd me the best they could do to the inconveniences at hand. R&F absolutely have the BEST collection available to fill any Room in your Home and i would not even entertain going elsewhere! Everyone at the Farmingdale Showroom was friendly, helpful, respectful. Too bad Corporate did what they did, the WAY they did it. All will be smooth in time, but unfortunately, customers with little patience, I'm not one of them, will be disappointed. Fear not though bc the salespeople will eventually make you happy! I've bn to many Furniture stores and NONE can compare to R&F!
