- JGJay Goldstein1 day ago2.0I have shopped at the Farmingdale North store many times and outfitted my and my mother-laws homes with their furniture. My last visit was fine until I tried to pay for my sales order and get a paid receipt after leaving the store. The salesperson (Christina) was so inexperienced that it took an hour on the phone to just pay for and get a receipt for my order. Instead of a proper receipt showing the items I bought and that I paid for the order, she kept sending me texts with pictures of the receipt which were not legible. I have purchased from this store before and received proper email invoices. The management at this store needs to properly train new associates on how to use computers and basic technology to service customers. My advice is to go there to see the items but then buy online. Much easier.

It was my first time buying a mattress so I wasn't sure where to start. He answered all my questions and helped me find a mattress that I was really happy with! I really appreciate the kindness and attention to detail during the whole process. I am so excited to sleep on my new mattress :) I'll definitely be back to see him the next time I need furniture!

All whent will fast delivery and guy ware friendly and respectable my salesman Stephen from Farmingdale was great helpful even after my couch was delivered went on sale he help me get back the diffence. I feel my salesman was a man of his word.Very Happy with my experience with R&F
