  Ordered a mattress, bed frame, and accessories. Everything was delivered except the bed frame. When inquired about this I was told by the warehouse 5the delivery came from, “we knew it was out of stock but I didn’t have time to call you to tell you.” Customer service has yet to pick up so we can speak to someone. When we called the store it was ordered from, all we were told is the manager is speaking with delivery now and will call you back. Still waiting.

  Absolutely great buying experience, my family and I went to purchase a new sofa set and not only did we get a great set but our sales person helped us save money in the process! If you are going to make a purchase I would recommend having Jay assist 100%. He made our shopping experience smooth.

  Good experience, wasn't harassed by any sales person. Bill from the Farmingdale Store was excellent and very knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend this location and sales person.

  David was absolutely AMAZING! He was so patient in our search and so beyond helpful. If and when we need more furniture we would come back for the quality but also help and expertise from David! The entire process was super easy and we are so thankful!

  I would give them negative stars if i could. On top of waiting over an hour to run our credit which was verified the day before over the phone they missed two delivery dates. We placed the order sunday and they were more than happy to take our money for just over $10,000 worth of furniture. They told us to expect our delivery on wednesday. Tuesday morning we got a confirmation text message of the delivery time window. Wednesday, my brother and i took off both our jobs to let the workers in and oversee our delivery. The time slot was between 8am and 11am. When 11:30 came around, nobody had showed up or called. We went over to the store and spoke to a manager who said they tried contacting us tuesday night at 8:30 and left voicemails but we had no voicemails or missed calls, otherrwise we would not have stayed at home on wednesday. We ended up changing the date to friday and thursday we got text confirmation of the delivery slot to be between 12pm-3pm. Just after 2:30, we call and they have no idea about anything concerning the delivery. So both times WE had to call them before getting an update. Dont go here. After they get your money, they could care less about you. My brother and i took off both our jobs both days, because as everyone does, we work a lot so when we made time for the deliveries. But now we lost out on two days of work each and all for them to not know where any of our furniture is. Becuase of all this, since monday, two days before the first expected delivery, we have been sleeping on the floor with ni dressers or anything in our room. All of our clothes in trashbags throughout the house. So again, dont waste your time and come here, take your business someplace else like we are going to do.
