  Raymour & Flanagan has been our go to place for furniture. Exceptional quality and service . Recently bought a reclining sofa set. Our salesperson Glenn was very helpful and knowledgeable of the many different sofa options that were available. We would definitely recommend this location to friends and family.

  I had a great experience at this Raymour & Flanigan. Sal was the salesperson who helped me the first time and he was patient + friendly while I was figuring out what firmness would work better. He answered all my questions and didn’t make the process feel rushed at all. After sleeping on the first mattress for a couple of months, I realized it was still sinking a little more than I personally like, so I stopped back in to talk through options. Thankfully Sal suggested to also add the comfort guarantee program and I’m glad I did because the first mattress I picked ended up being a little too soft for me so I was able to exchange my mattress for a firmer one. For the next mattress visit ..the store manager helped me that time and he was also great. We actually ended up talking about skiing for a while, which made the whole experience feel relaxed and easy instead of transactional. Overall, everyone there was patient, helpful, and professional. The whole process was efficient and I appreciated that they took the time to help me find something that worked better for me and I’m very happy with the BeautyRest Firm mattress.

  My wife and I recently purchased the Quinton 4-Piece Sectional with the ottoman and the Alexander Dining Room set from Raymour & Flanigan, and we couldn't be happier with both the furniture and the entire experience. Our sales associate Danielle was absolutely fantastic. She stayed on top of everything — she kept us informed every step of the way. If you're shopping at Raymour & Flanigan, ask for Danielle — she made the whole process seamless and enjoyable. We'll definitely be back for future purchases!

  I had an amazing experience with Nicholas Romanelli the showroom manager! I had to come in and do a mattress exchange. He was very patient and knowledgeable in helping me choose a new mattress. He explained all of my options thoroughly. He has a great personality and he was a pleasure to work with!

  I had a great experience working with Marc Galvano at Raymour & Flanigan in Farmingdale. I purchased a custom fabric king headboard, and Marc was extremely informative and helpful throughout the process. I needed a standalone headboard that could be attached to my existing bed base, and most stores couldn’t offer clear options or guidance. Marc took the time to explain everything and made sure the installation would work perfectly with my current Raymour & Flanigan base. The headboard came out beautiful and I love it! He also helped my parents choose a mattress, and they’re very happy with their purchase. Highly recommend working with Marc.
