Update as of 1/11/26 - unfortunately had a bad experience with delivery service men and one of the chairs arrived damaged.
Delivery men didn’t want to take responsibility and suggested to take it up with the store. One driver even implied “it’s not that bad”. Sure no problem we can live with it but no after paying full price for an item that would be stealing $ from customers and not delivering items as guaranteed plus charging $150 plus for just delivery fee.
It has been a week almost and no one has replied to emails sent to customer care and store phone number no one answered.
Had to remove 3 stars for lack of communication and zero response from customer care. Not satisfied with this company, won’t recommend them or purchase from here again.
Macys is probably the best option as always.

Previous post: Had the pleasure of purchasing 2 reclining leather chairs for my son and Jay O. was our customer service representative. He was professional and courteous. He handled all of my questions and concerns in a timely manner while being respectful and patient.
Entire process was smooth and hassle free. He allowed us enough time to pick what fits our needs.
Jay also assisted my son in getting familiar with lots of cool features like built in Bluetooth speakers, LED lights, massage features and all of the reclining options to fully experience what it will be like siting and relaxing in his own chair.
I appreciate sales associates who are not pushy about a purchase or product so it was really nice to have a stress free experience.
We should be receiving our items within few days so let’s see how everything turns out once delivery is completed.
We chose to pay in installments so credit approval took no more than 5 minutes.
Jay explained the delivery process and provided take home information on how to care for the new furniture.
For now, truly 5 star experience.

I purchased 3 nightstands with built-in electrical outlets from the Raymour & Flanigan Farmingdale location. When the unit was first plugged in, it caused power loss in the room and sparking at the outlet.
Raymour & Flanigan later returned to inspect the product. During their inspection, their representative plugged the unit in again and a second outlet sparked. I had to get the electrician again to come and repair. The outlet was opened afterward and burned internal wiring was found, confirming electrical damage and a fire hazard. These outlets were all in working condition before with multiple things plugged in and we never encountered any problems.
As strange as this all sounds, we were puzzled as well that this nightstand can cause damage this way. After the first repair of the outlet wires, we tested the other 2 nightstand and they were in working condition except for the faulty one which they came to inspect and caused another outlet wires to burn.
Despite this they are refusing to cover $1000 of electrical bill and they will not acknowledge the second sparking incident in writing as per customer manager Jason J.
This was a frightening experience involving electrical damage inside my home. I am sharing this so others are aware of the potential safety risk and how it was handled. Raymour & Flanigan’s customer service manager, Mr Jenkins, doesn’t care about customer SAFETY. Their customer service has low ratings and I now see why. They are willing to exchange my nightstand however I would like to exchange the night stand at their warehouse and have them plug in the faulty one at their facility to see how it goes and I could test my exchange there along with a compensation for my electrical bills.

Ordered a mattress, bed frame, and accessories. Everything was delivered except the bed frame. When inquired about this I was told by the warehouse 5the delivery came from, “we knew it was out of stock but I didn’t have time to call you to tell you.” Customer service has yet to pick up so we can speak to someone. When we called the store it was ordered from, all we were told is the manager is speaking with delivery now and will call you back. Still waiting.
