  I visited this Natuzzi location over 4th of July weekend and worked with Iris to select my ideal couch. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the products, which made the buying experience enjoyable. However, after receiving my 3-piece Chaise living room set in October, I immediately noticed issues. The right-facing recliner has made clicking sounds since delivery, and the seat already feels like it’s sinking. Attempting to resolve this has been very frustrating—Natuzzi requires a video of the problem before offering service, and reaching customer support has been nearly impossible. Each time I call, I’m forced to leave a voicemail, and it takes about two weeks to receive a call back. For furniture at this price point, the quality of customer support has been extremely disappointing, especially given that the problems started from day one.

  I've been corresponding with Iris for a month before finally deciding to go with her and I truly appreciated the time she spent with me answering my questions and ensuring that the piece that I selected was the perfect one. She gave me a very competitive price and was super attentive during my time in the store and I could not recommend her enough. Thank you Iris!

  Excellent Italian made, custom ordered, and delivered from Italy furniture, extensive selection of materials and colors, and very attentive and knowledgeable representatives on the floor to guide you through the process (ask for Alan). Absolutely love our new couch. The leather and color came exactly as we ordered. Great place for your furniture needs.

  Had an amazing experience at this Natuzzi Editions showroom. Everyone in the store was a huge help in both picking materials & updating us on the status of our deliveries. We love our Sofa & Bed and cannot wait for our other pieces to arrive. 10/10 cannot recommend enough.
