Ordered an exterior door in the lumber dept. and met with Phil. Phil went out of his way to help us decide on the right door. My husband and I kept changing our mind about the color. Phil was patient with us, made phone calls to the manufacturer and gave solid advice. When the door came in, Phil contacted us immediately. It is so refreshing and we were fortunate to deal with such a courteous and professional Lowes employee.

I went to Lowe’s last night, 10/8 with a list of things from my contractor not knowing where anything was and a wonderful employee Pablo asked if we needed help. He took a picture with his phone of our list and literally put everything together for us and even helped load up our car!! It was an absolute pleasure shopping there all because of Pablo!!
