- NBNathan BuszkaDec 2, 20255.0We just moved to the area and were having issues with our washing machine. We gave them a call after reading reccomendations from others online. It didnt take them long to find the issue. They advised that due to the age of our washer, and the cost of the repairs, that it was better to just buy a new washer all together. As it was quick and simple for them to diagnose, they even waived the diagnostic fee. Will definietly call them agian in the future.
- CSCarrie SchreinerNov 15, 20255.0My washer wasn't working right so I called Brian Doehler's Appliance Repair as I used them a few years ago and they sent out Mike the next day at 7:30 a.m. He identified the problem which turned out to be a plumbing issue and made an adjustment to hold me over until I could get that fixed. And he also discovered that the pin had come out of the agitation arm which explained why it was making the sound it was and fixed that. Best part was the cost was extremely reasonable, and I had called around so was able to compare. I highly recommend Brian Doehler's Appliance Repair.

Mike changed heating element in our oven very quickly happened to have one in the truck, bill was reasonable and very kind service is always a plus. I will be calling back with anything else I need in the future and would recommend. We live in Brighton and it was no trouble for them to help us out.
