That being said there were some drawbacks to the experience, first being that out of a large number of styles, there were only three that were available to have made immediately at the kiosk and the others all had to be mailed to me. The other concern was the price. Most styles started at $8.99 which is significantly more than any nearby hardware stores would have charged me, but when I saw the pricing and selected to cancel my order, it suddenly offered me around a 30% discount to continue with my transaction, which was nice, but also felt was a bit of a shady business practice as their prices could have just been lower to begin with. Anyone who doesn’t see the initial price and then cancel their order does not realize they can get the key made for a couple dollars cheaper. Overall a mediocre experience.
