  Long story. I tried to find someone who can replace the battery and strap of my Orient watch in White Plains. I only found a fancy jewelry and watch store in a mall that charged $35 and not sure if they can do it. Then I found Franklin Clock Shop and decided to give it a shot. I made a phone call, and the technician simply said he can do it. I took a 25-minute bus, and it totally worths it. The Indian (I guess) technician is probably the coolest guy I have ever seen. He did not speak much and just started the work. He was so fast and precise like a watchmaker version of John Wick. It took less than 10 minutes for battery and strap replacement and $15 charge. I also like the vintage atmosphere of the store. If you do not care about the fancy store and just want to find someone who can get the job done quickly and nicely with affordable price, this is the place.

  I did a home renovation and apparently my clock took a beating. I LOVE the clock and looked everywhere in an attempt to replace it. My last and final thought was maybe it can be repaired. I spoke to a very nice man at Franklin who said he would try and get a replacement part for it and, guess what, he did! I was very excited to pick it up and he was just as excited for me. I will always look to Franklin for any future repairs. 5 stars!

  Fast, friendly service, and most important, ACTUALLY OPEN on Saturday. Mahmoud was super nice and fixed my aunt's battery pendulum wall clock in a jiffy — I had thought it needed a new movement, but he looked at it and just made a slight adjustment to the existing one and voila it keeps the right time now! Because I had made a long drive, he did it while I waited, and for a very reasonable price. I would definitely come back if I need any timepiece I care about repaired. He knows his business and is very pleasant to work with.

  I'm very glad this shop has remained in business: twice, they've repaired a wall clock that's part of my home for well over 20 years. I'm happy to have an old friend home.
