Within this time I have neither had any issues with building nor the safety of my items in the unit. It is climate controlled, spacious, and the app makes for easy access, especially when you have forgotten your building code. Beyond the building itself, the staff provides exceptional service. They are upfront about all costs, are extremely helpful, and kind. Both Janice and Denise always make me feel welcome, care about my well being and the well being of my items in the Unit. It's always nice to have a friendly face and someone who is willing to chat when I pop by with a silly question. I hope I don't need to use storage again, but if I do I will happily return to this location, with no hesitation. And if you are lucky enough to get a first floor unit, take it. the cost is worth it and beats using the elevator anyday.
