  Do not buy anything from Raymour & Flannigan, here or anywhere else. Their service and repair is a total fraudulent scam. I submitted the online form and photos 3 times, never got a notification it was received. Waited a week and finally called the store which got someone on the phone. They said "we'll have the repair side reach out". They finally did requesting more photos that I provided, fraying seams and damage to the corners after 6 months. I was told the warranty would cover this kind of thing, so I said yes to the warranty. Then the technician was due to come inspect it at our apartment, he called me and said "I don't want to come can you just send me all the pics you have" , despite me living 10 minutes from the store. So I did. NOw, I have not heard back for another week. I"ve been calling the "service and repair" at this location for days and leaving messages. They do not pickup in normal business hours. At this stage I don't know what to do. The company actively tries to avoid any warranty or even a simple repair like pulled upholstery on the corners. Do not buy anything from them, and if you must, DO NOT get the warranty. Its a complete and utter scam. I Urge everyone to reconsider R&F and go somewhere else. The entire "warranty" is just go et another $100 out of you and disappear. Very very unhappy here. 6 months in and the couch looks like trash from all the pulled seams. If someone from R&F corporate would like to reach out to me, I would greatly appreciate it as either you are culpable or the local store is purposely neglecting their contractually obligated responsibilities. Or is there a line int here that says "we'll actually never honor any warranty and ask for photos to simply not respond and screen your phone calls so we don't answer and your voicemails go unanswered. NEVER buy from here.

  Me ofrecieron una tarjeta de crédito y después de 11 meses me la cerraron sin ningún aviso ni explicación, aun cuando pague el crédito antes de tiempo, ahora mi crédito bajo 70 puntos y llamo y nadie me da una explicación ni solución, además el artículo q compre salio defectuoso y llevo meses tratando de q vengan a solucionarlo y jamas vienen, no compren nada con esta compañía 😡
