    I had an amazing experience with Linda Solis. She was very patient with me. She offered a listening ear and didn’t pressure me in any way. If you’re coming to this location, I definitely recommend her! It’s hard finding a good natured sales associate like her. She’s a rarity for sure.

    I had a bad customer service today. .I purchased 2 wardrobe, aside from they didn’t delivered together and not on the exact date and time , the other wardrobe was damaged and has stained on it. I was requested for a repair, first they told me to come to the store in Elmhurst. Even I wasn’t feeling well, i went to visit the store. Upon arrival, they referred me to the customer service section. Customer service told me that Raymond & Flanigan will call me for the pick up schedule, until now it’s been another week, i called up the store, the sales representative named Linda Solis turned down my call. Now i am trying to reach out the store but phone kept ringing & no one dare to answer. Customers deserve answers & actions with our complaints but Raymond & Flanigan is ignoring our concerns. Sales representatives don’t care for their customers really well

    Dishonest, misleading experience — be cautious with their financing process. had one of the most frustrating and misleading experiences at Raymour & Flanigan. After asking three different times if my credit would be pulled, I was repeatedly told no. First I was told my account was closed. When I explained that wasn’t possible because I’d made a purchase last year, I was then told the issue was that my account was “frozen for security reasons” and they just needed to reactivate it. Later, the story changed again — suddenly they said they had switched the company that issues their credit cards and needed to “transfer” my account. When I finally went to pay, I noticed they were requesting my full SSN, so I asked for the fourth time if this would trigger a credit pull. This time the answer was yes. On top of that, the salesman (initials J.M.) told us we couldn’t get the mattress discount unless we financed for 36 months or less — so we agreed to finance for 48 months without the discount. But after insisting again on pulling my credit, I decided to leave. As I was walking out, he suddenly wanted to “check with the manager” to see if they could avoid running my credit after all. While waiting, I checked Tempur-Pedic’s own website and found better deals plus 60-month financing, which I mentioned. Only then did the manager say he could “match everything.” They almost ran my credit again before I stopped them. After another 30 minutes, we found out the salesman had actually blocked my account by mistakenly changing my account address instead of the delivery address. That was the final straw, and I left. Later at home — after buying directly from Tempur-Pedic — I checked Raymour & Flanigan’s website and realized the “matching” they offered was actually their own Black Friday deal, which the salesman simply didn’t want to give us until I mentioned a competitor. The entire experience felt disorganized, misleading, and frankly dishonest. I will not be returning.
