We have been loyal customers at this location since we bought our home in 2016, and the service remains "god-tier." Despite some of the negative reviews I've seen lately, our experience has consistently been friendly and helpful for a decade.
Today, Ram, Bert, and Jack went above and beyond. Not only did they help us find exactly what we were looking for, but they provided expert information on items we didn’t even realize we needed for our project. Jessenia g in customer service is very rude and not nice to customers. She's also always on her phone instead of helping customers. Not pleasant experience Here with her. I waited over 30 mins and still she refused to help me do a door dash order and sent me over to self check out to do it instead. And then rolled her eyes at me. She's very rude and mean.
