Management later raised prices significantly, creating financial challenges for tenants amid widespread job layoffs and escalating living costs. Consequently, customer foot traffic has noticeably declined. Most importantly, I extend heartfelt gratitude to the manager Brandon and Katrina at the front desk for their exemplary treatment of me as a disabled customer experiencing chronic right hip pain. The manager consistently demonstrates exceptional patience, assisting with heavy loads when my mobility is limited and ensuring I complete my laundry comfortably. Katrina offers warm encouragement, holding doors and engaging in thoughtful conversation that eases my discomfort during visits. Their compassionate service transforms routine tasks into dignified experiences. For instance, when hip pain prevents me from lifting baskets, they prioritize my needs without hesitation. Katrina's cheerful assistance and the manager's proactive support foster unwavering loyalty despite higher rates. Such exemplary care sets the standard for outstanding customer service.
