- NBNikkita BleyleDec 18, 20251.0This will be my first month making a payment, and of course there’s an issue with their website, so I had to call in… the weird part is when I asked them to provide me the last 4 digits of the card on the account (after having to verify my identity) I was told that they were not able to provide that information but rather I had to. And when I asked for the cooperate number due to the endless amounts of repairs that need to be made, and the owner not seeming to care but yet still charging full price, but yet their website promises all these “perks” the other places don’t offer… but neither do they since the owner does not feel it’s necessary to make the necessary repairs, that his site offers, and why they are saying you should go with them over their competitors. I recommend looking into another company. As I am still waiting to hear back from them about my first complaint.

Then it's for some reason double to 181 and stayed there for a little while and then I was informed it was going up to 250. I don't think that's an honest way to do business and just because you put it in your contract that you can change the rights at any time that you want I don't think it's fair to the customer. You're charging people $250 for absolutely nothing other than space and maybe a little electricity the people that work there were fine I'm still going through my things to make sure everything is there but like I said the pricing was outrageous
