My mattress was OLD. I walked into an empty store where John and Nicole both greeted me warmly. John ended up helping me out and directing me toward what he thought would be a good fit for my needs. NO PRESSURE while I was looking, which was great. While he was assisting me, another couple walked in. He helped them a bit while I checked out what he showed me. Now comes checkout time. While he was trying to get things in order to get me what I wanted, a third couple comes in. He told me he'd be right back, then goes to assist them. Instead of telling them someone would be right with them, or just letting them browse while he helped me, he walked away to find out their needs and point them to mattresses that would fit what they are looking for. He comes back to finish up my sale, and I felt so rushed. I wanted pillows, which I said 3 or 4 times. He walks me over to a display with pillows, then he got distracted by something else (other customers? I dont remember). He never mentioned the possibility of financing, which I didn't know about until I heard one of the other couples talk to Nicole about it. He worked so fast, like he couldn't wait to get me out of there. He just wanted to get to the next sale. I didn't dare ask about the pillows again. Delivery was seamless. They were here when they said they were going to be. They were in and out in 5 minutes and the one guy was super nice. I'm not saying John isn't a nice guy, because he really is. When it was just me and him we chatted about alot of things. But once another customer caught his eye, the personal touch was lost. And I still have no new pillows.
