Every single time, they just spray outside for bugs and toss a mouse trap in my backyard — seriously? That’s not pest control. I’ve explained the problem over and over again, and they keep doing the bare minimum. It feels like they just want to mark the visit as “complete” and move on. Meanwhile, I’m still dealing with the same issue I hired them for. This company clearly doesn’t care about their customers or actually solving problems. Total waste of money and time. If you’re thinking about using Aptive — don’t. Save yourself the headache and find a company that actually listens and takes their job seriously.
