During the winter Active attempted to enter my rear yard after it snowed. The gate was left open by their tech and the wind wound up destroying my gate and post. I have all this on camera and sent Aptive 2 separate proposals. I fixed my fence at the cost of $1200.00 and all I get is excuses and "Patrick will call you back in an hour". This company should be ashamed of themselves how unprofessional they handle issues.
