We placed an order online and 5 days later we're notified the it was there for pickup. We went there to pick up our order the next afternoon and waited for an hour and a half after checking in to curbside pick up. Associates came out to speak with us 3 different times and made us move our vehicle twice. Finally after an hour and a half sitting in a parking lot, told us they could not find our items and asked us to go home!!! HORRIBLE customer service. Completely unacceptable for all of these associates to be so incompetent. An unbelievable experience. They offered no apology. I don't understand how a company that does things like this can still be in business. Looks like we will be going to Home Depot from now on.

My wife open account in Lowe's in commack to buy new laundry machine the driver drop the machine bout my wife pay for P/u old laundry and drop in driveway the driver don't know p/u the old laundry today with comeback to the store to ask coustemer service for credit for $ 50 dollars the charge in the bill he call the manager the manager say I came help with nasty answer I don't recommend that location and wi close the account

I visited the Lowe's store in Commack today to request a refund for a service I did not use. I went to Customer Service, where a cashier was on duty; I explained my situation to him, but he had absolutely no idea how to help me. He then called the store manager—a man named Ralph—who was extremely rude, ill-tempered, and abrasive, and treated me very poorly. The cashier explained my case to him, as did I; however, he kept asking me the exact same questions over and over, despite my explaining the situation to him multiple times. In a completely unprofessional manner, he simply walked away while I was still speaking, without offering any explanation or resolving my problem. Consequently, I called Customer Service by phone to file a complaint regarding everything that had transpired, only to be told that I would have to wait 60 days to receive a response. It is worth noting that my total purchase amounted to over $30,000, yet I merely wanted to return an item worth $50. The service provided by the individual currently serving as the manager at the Commack location was absolutely terrible. I proceeded to cancel my store credit card, and my husband cancelled his as well. I will never visit that store again.
