- JPJustina PFeb 7, 20261.0Horrendous staff!! This location has just lost its business from serval local families and business! The store is run by cruel and highly unprofessional management. Managers Ralph and Joe are were beyond rude, dismissive, and unhelpful and to a group of local mothers and 2nd grade Girl Scouts who were previously promised via phone, email, and IN PERSON that we could operate inside their store. We were essentially kicked out into the snow with no apology, and told that it’s not their problem should the children catch hypothermia out front after they suggest we conduct our sale in the parking lot despite being promised to sell indoors. Manager Ralph’s demeanor was despicable toward a group of young children. While I understand that his may be their policy, someone should have told us otherwise before promising us that we had permission to sell our cookies in a safe and non intrusive manner, indoors. Manager Ralph could have explained this in a professional or heaven forbid, friendly manner, but he chose to treat us awfully. We are all local homeowners who frequently shop at Lowe’s but we will be taking our business to Home Depot from now on.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
