- MEMelisa Ellers4 days ago1.02nd time goinng to this Lowe's, as it is about 30 minutes away. Never again.. Ordered a 1400.00 grill for pick up, they offered for it to be put together for free. Well I got the text ready for pick up hours later. Guess what drove to them, they don't have any put together. A alot of people in line complaining. NEVER again. Will order from a small Mom and Pop shop before this big box store that cares more about money and not customer service. And yes they admitted it was suppose to be put together. Now I am stuck doing it myself. No discount either. My local hatchet had the same one same price, wish I ordered from them.

Then the next day given the runaround on the phone with ai and uncaring and incompetent people. Where's my stuff? Lol guess I'll cancel the order. I finally got a hold of the guy in charge of deliveries and he promised me that I would get it Monday so I'm going to hold my breath. He seemed like a nice guy. I don't blame him. If I get my order on Monday I guess I'll take this post down or edit it. But until then I'm not happy with Lowe's

- EFEnyah FApr 10, 20263.0We love this store. Most of the people are friendly and helpful. However, our last visit was not as pleasant as the rest. We went to the garden center. The older lady staff that was in there seems unhappy that we came in. She did not smile nor greet nor happy to answer my one question. It was very obvious that she had assumed something of who we are and treated us based of that (wrong) assumption. I did not bother to correct it and change how she treated us but hopefully in the future, Please leave your personal beliefs at home and treat everyone nicely and the same as how you want to be treated in a place where assumptions and biases are not appreciated.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
