The Lowe’s team can definitely do a better job at making sure that the customer is informed prior to attempting deliveries, especially with materials that if left outdoors can be damaged by rain or snow. PREVIOUS REVIEW: Horrible experience with doors installation. The communication is extremely poor with the store and the company doing the installation. Save your money and prevent the stress of working with such an inexperienced team. It’s a waste of time calling and taking to some many people to finally get the issue resolved. If you are getting a door installed why would the customer will need to get the items delivered when the installer can simply pick up everything at the store, doors and trim?

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
