  I had a very pleasant and responsive visit from Aptive today. My tech, Khyy, texted before arriving, described the winter services planned, and asked if I had any particular concerns. Khyy then listened to my concerns and description of “hot spots” to focus on, and added those to the list, even covering a detached garage where my son’s furniture is being stored over the winter. I am very pleased with Khyy’s timely visit, the services rendered, the photo documentation texted to me and especially taking time to listen to my observations and concerns, and to explain what’s being done. My last pest service would claim to have visited and offered no proof, except a bill. Aptive does a much better job and I am well satisfied with their service.

  The Aptive Representative is very professional! They call in advance and are always timely. They explain everything they work on and send you pictures. I am very satisfied with the service!

  Cancel my services. Paying $90 a month when I only get service every other month if I’m lucky and still have stink bugs in my home is pointless. Ripoff.

  It was incredibly difficult to get someone scheduled to come to our house outside of the normal interval, which is a feature that is advertised upon sign-up. Staff came numerous times and re-treated the outside of our house, which was not the reason for our request for them to come back. Finally, we got someone to come to the house to address the inside while my mother was home. Upon them entering the house, my mother went outside briefly and said she would be right back, when she got back in the house, they had already left and they left the house door open behind them in the middle of winter. Numerous recent experiences have been incredibly unprofessional.

  Our Aptive agents have been wonderful. We are seeing less critters and bugs. They are very thorough and friendly. I like that it’s on the organic side. They often discuss issues and provide Products that will help like mouse traps and bug paper. Very happy with the service.
